Penpych Walk

Penpych is one of the most famous landmarks in the South Wales valleys, standing at the very top of the Rhondda Fawr, with sweeping views over the surrounding area.

It’s one of only two tabletop spur mountains in Europe. Discover waterfalls and fairy pools, ancient forestry and a trek to what feels like the top of the world!

You can either take a circular route around the top of the mountain, or climb straight to the top and back down again!
