The Tipsy Owl

The Tipsy Owl is an independent cocktail bar that serves unique cocktails inspired by the myths, legends and landmarks of Rhondda Cynon Taf.

It uses ingredients that have been produced or sourced locally. For example, the exquisite Guto Nyth Bran, a celebration of the legendary runner behind the Nos Galan Road Races, is based on ginger tea from Pontypridd’s Cortile Coffee, flavoured with Honey from the nearby Graig.

Other favourites include the Rocking Stone, with elderflower, to celebrate the legend of the Rocking Stones – Pontypridd’s “Stonehenge” and the bright Daffodil to celebrate Wales’ national flower.

You can enjoy your cocktails with a sweet or savoury grazing board provided by nearby Little Pickers Grazing Co.
